Discover the steps to our coating process
When you come to us for custom ceramic coatings, all you have to do is ship us your firearm or other item. From our Hammonton, NJ location, we'll:
- Strip down your firearm or other item
- Add it to an acetone bath to remove grease
- Put all of the parts into a blast cabinet
- Sandblast the remaining bare metal
- Remove contaminants in our oven
- Rack all pieces and add cerakote
- Cure all pieces in our oven
- Cool the pieces to room temperature
- Reassemble and examine the firearm or other item
